Sheep and Cattle Grazier Queensland
Angus Emmott is a third generation Queensland grazier, running Noonbah Station near Longreach where he is known as an expert in groundwater management.
The Emmott family have been running cattle on Noonbah Station for more than 100 years, and as the climate has changed, so too has their operation.
Angus is committed to a sustainable future for Queensland farming as well as working with the local community and organisations to stop the Adani-owned Carmichael coal mine, which has been granted unlimited access to the groundwater. Angus is a member of Farmers for Climate Action.
